History
In 2022 the Church was advertised for sale. The details specified, however, that: 'The subjects for sale consist of the church building only- a small graveyard surrounding the church (with a variety of 19th and 20th century stones) is owned and maintained by Angus Council'. // In October 2000 the War Memorials Trust gave a grant of £150 towards the commissioning of this new war memorial, which was created as a millennium project;. (The village had an existing WW1 memorial within the Church, but hitherto had no memorial to its WW2 casualties).
