- A lancet headed rectangular plaque. The United Services College crest is depicted at the top with the inscription below. Single line border frames the inside of the plaque and creates decorative squares at the bottom of each corner.

- c. 1903: Following financial difficulties the College amalgamated with St Marks School in Windsor, where the plaque was going to be moved to the chapel there. It is not known if it was moved to Windsor or never left Westwood Ho, or if it moved to Haileybury when the College merged with Haileybury College in 1942. In c1942 following further finacial difficulties exacertbated by the war,it was amalgamated with Haileybury, to be Haileybury and Imprial Service College.
