- Description
- Ornamental stone plinth supporting a further elevated octagonal plinth surmounted by a robed female figure of Life, with arms outstretched. Inscription on tablet attached to front face of octagonal plinth. Closeby, within an arched niche of a stone wall is a plaque displaying the names of those who died at the Hospital, which was also in the grounds of Cliveden Estate.
