- Description
- Decorated stone urn mounted on square stone plinth. On the south side of the plinth is a black engraving of an eagle holding a wreath, inside which is engraved "PW" (Polska Walczy, or "Poland is Fighting"), the insignia of the Polish "Cichociemni" (SOE) agents. This insignia is also carved into the north face of the urn. On the north face of the plinth is a large carved wreath above a Polish cross of valour, inside which a dedication is engraved. On the west side of the plinth there is a further dedication in latin.
