Description
A rounded stone pillar of white Derbyshire stone from Wingerworth, on a two-stepped base with two stone bollards at the front corners. At the top the word "REMEMBER " , the background excised so the word stands proud from the background . Below that the dedication and names incised and coloured in dark red .

Comments: About £3,000 raised by public subscription, the rest from various grants, including £5,000 from Repton Parish Council, £500 from South Derbyshire District Council and £500 from Western Front Association. Subsequent improvements have been funded by Repton Parish Council.
