- Description
- Vertically mounted rectangular cast nowy headed bronze plaque. Plaque has highly decorated edge of leaves, and three enamelled shields at top centre. The shields are of the crowned lions of England and the arms of Manchester and Salford, all contained within a circle consisting of the club name. Below this is the dedication and beneath that a single row of names.

- Date unknown: The memorial was lost at some point. The Constitutional Club closed in the 1930's or 1940's. By 1950 the building was used by the Ministry of Labour. The current owners bought the building in 1991 but there was no sign of the memorial.
