Description
A wall-mounted portrait-oriented rectangular brass plaque with decorative borders, a pattern of roses and leaves in the top corners and a red Latin cross at top centre. The borders and inscription are in black and the names are arranged in three columns in capital letters. A small additional brass plaque is attached at the foot and describes the memorial's recovery and restoration.

September 2020: Plaque auctioned by Derby Central United Reform Church. Bought by a local family with the intention of having it rededicated. May 2002: Rededicated at Central United Reformed Church, Derby. March 2002: Refurbished and researched by members of the Royal British Legion. February 2002: Found amongst rubble in a cellar in London Road, Derby, and taken to the Allestree Branch of the Royal British Legion. 1950s to 1970s: Removed from an unidentified church in Derby during redevelopment of the area.
