- Single white rectangular parchment sheet, mounted vertically behind glass and surrounded by wooden frame. Extremely elaborate penmanship on parchment and comprises slim border of black and white, followed by wider multi coloured border band showing leaves, a sword to either side, 1914 to the extreme top and 1919 to the bottom. At the top of the field enclosed by the band is a yellow blank rectangle, the words Roll of Honour are beneath this in another deliniated rectangle, the initial letter T being heavily embroidered. This is followed by another small blank rectangle and below this is the biblical dedication and a list of ten names in two columns within an outlined rectangle, this lettering being in black and red. Below this is an area of plain yellow with a rectangle of white at its centre, this white rectangle shows a single column of names which are lettered in black only.
