- Memorial planting by Ashby-de-la-Zouch and District Branch of the Royal British Legion for a living memorial of native oak trees for the people of the district to remember the fallen and enjoy a place of quiet contemplation. Associated stone of remembrance donated by Aggregate Industries and made of Granite, weighing 2.5 tonnes. Also associated bench. Created February 2002.
