- Wooden board with ornate gilt lettering. Names in three columns with lines separating the columns. The words Roll of Honour are inscribed in a banner. The head of the board is in the form of a broken pediment. In the space is a badge with the letters MHCS entwined upon it. Those who died are marked with an asterisk.

- Leicester Daily Post - Tuesday 08 March 1921 MARKET HARBOROUGH A marble tablet in memory of the eight killed unveiled on 6th March 1921 by Mr T. Allard, manager of the society and dedicated by Rev, J. C, Wilson, vicar of Foxton (a member of the Co-operative Committee). This is not the same as #55067 and does not appear to be on WMR.
