- White alabaster tablet mounted in a surround of pale brown marble. The whole is enclosed in a wooden and glass display case and wall mounted. Names in four columns separated by gold edging.

- The memorial was removed from the chapel in 2003, however it was not re-erected until Februray 2007. In this time it was fully restored and cleaned by Mr Alf Herbert, a retired monumental mason and a resident of Great Bowden.
