- Brass plaque in wooden frame. Inscription in gold leaf. On wood sides-engraved entwined snakes. At foot is engraved ornamental pattern/lettering all in capitals,with surname and initials more prominent by fill-in of black and large case. A fullstop is between each name, rank, initial.
