Description
Round metal plaque mounted onto a square metal backing. The plaque is blue with white lettering. Before the main part of the inscription is the HMS Bulwark badge which is made up of a trident surrounded by waves with the name Bulwark above. The whole is surmounted by a crown. At the top of the plaque the words 'HMS Bulwark' curve round the upper edge, following the shape of the plaque.
