Description
Rectangular wall mounted plaque, fixed to the wall by four cross-headed screws. Incised lettering of two sizes, filled with black enamel. Inscription is surrounded by three fillets, also black, with middle line wider than outer lines. Around each fixing point is a black quatrefoil with stylised four-petalled flower.
