- Nowy headed cast bronze plaque mounted within a nowy headed marble frame and placed on a nowy headed stone backboard. Inscription in three columns on the plaque. Coloured school crest within a wreath is at the top centre of the plaque. Ribbons are attached to the sides of the wreath and a scroll is depicted below it
