HIGHLY DECORATED WOODEN PANEL ALL DECORATION CARVED INTO PANEL. CARVED WREATH CENTRE TOP WITH VICTORIA CROSS INLAID IN IT. VINE WITH FLOWERS CARVED AROUND AS BORDER TO INSCRIPTION.
