To the glory of God and in loving memory of/Captain Charles Noel Walket Tyacke/2-5 Duke of Cornwallis Light Infantry/who fell in action in the 35th year of his age/near Verlains, Ham, 23rd March 1918 His body/lies in the military cemetery of Muille Villete/"Trewe was he in his Tyme."
