- Two, nowy headed, plaques attached to a brick wall with the lettering in black, red, and blue, in four columns. There is a cairn between the two plaques.

- Both plaques: IN COMMEMORATION OF/ WORLD WAR II/1939-1945/ WE WILL REMEMBER THEM Cairn: THIS CAIRN IS OF STONE/ FROM THE PARISH CHURCH OF ST. MARK/ WHICH WAS SEVERELY DAMAGED BY BOMBING/ ON THE NIGHT OF 2nd OCTOBER 1940.
