- Description
- Wall mounted wooden board with a glass fronted display case holding a Book of Remembrance. The board is set within a frame with carved columns, surmounted by an open pediment and a Bottonee cross top centre. The inscription is laid in gold lettering, and there is a decoration of golden tassels around the top half. There is a small wooden shelf dividing the base of the frame with the display case beneath, which has a glass front and a simple lock. The hand painted Book of Remembrance is illustrated with a poppy and ivy leaf design at the head of each page.
