- Wall mounted, landscape oriented, nowy-headed white marble tablet with Scouts badge at top centre. Incised inscription infilled with black paint.

BN. DEVONSHIRE REGT. / DIED OF WOUNDS 19TH. SEPTEMBER 1918 / AND / SIDNEY THOMAS PICKERSGILL 16TH. BN. / R. WARWICKSHIRE REGT. / KILLED IN ACTION 13TH. OCTOBER 1918 / OFFICERS OF ST.
