Left hand light, top to bottom: light depicts the badges of the Royal Observer Corps, National Fire Service, Women's Land Army, St John Ambulance Brigade and the Borough of Grimsby Special Constabulary Centre light, top to bottom: light depicts the badges of the Royal Air Force, the Fleet Air Arm, the Auxiliary Territorial Service and the Women's Auxiliary Air Force, the Women's Royal Naval Service, the Royal Navy and the Merchant Navy, the Royal Lincolnshire Regiment and the Army flanked by the emblems of England, Scotland, Ireland, and Wales Right light, top to bottom: the light depicts the badges of the Mines Disposal Unit, Civil Defence, the Women's Voluntary Service, the Civil Defence, the British Red Cross and Grimsby Borough Police
