Concrete gate posts surmounted by oak lychgate with Staffordshire Rosemary roof tiles Two incised dedicatory stone tablets are fixed to the front of each gatepost.
Inscription
Left hand tablet: TO THE/ Glory of God/ AND IN LOVING MEMORY OF/ THE MEN OF WOOTTON/ WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES FOR/ GOD, KING & COUNTRY/ IN THE GREAT WAR/ 1914 - 1918 Right hand tablet: (Names)/ "GREATER LOVE HATH NO MAN THAN THIS".
