- THREE STEPPED BASE SURMOUNTED BY ROUNDED PLINTH WITH COLUMNS AT FOUR POINTS ON THE SIDES. THIS IS SURMOUNTED BY A TAPERED SHAFT AND CELTIC CROSS. CARVED INSCRIPTION IN GOLD PAINTED LETTERING ON THE SIDES OF THE PLINTH.
