LANCET SHAPED WHITE MARBLE TABLET MOUNTED ONTO A GREY MARBLE BACKBOARD. INSCRIPTION IN BLACK LETTERING. LAUREL WREATH SURMOUNTED BY A CROWN WITH RIBBON AT THE BASE OF THE WREATH IS CARVED IN RELIEF AT THE TOP CENTRE OF THE TABLET.
