THREE STEPPED BASE SURMOUNTED BY TAPERED SHAFT AND CELTIC CROSS. INSCRIPTION ON BLACK LETTERING ON THE FRONT FACE OF THE SHAFT AND ON A TABLET PLACED AGAINST THE FRONT SIDE OF THE STEPS. IRON RAILINGS PLACED ON THREE SIDES OF THE MEMORIAL WITH A CHAIN LINK FENCE TO THE FRONT OF IT. CELTIC KNOTWORK DESIGN ON THE FRONT FACE OF THE CROSS
