- THREE STEPPED STONE BASE SURMOUNTED BY TWO STEPPED GRANITE BASE, PLINTH, TAPERED SHAFT AND STONE CELTIC CROSS. CARVED INSCRIPTION IN GOLD PAINTED LETTERING ON TWO SIDES OF THE PLINTH AND TOP STEPS. BLACK STONE VASE WITH INSCRIPTION ON IT PLACED AT THE FOOT OF THE 3 OCLOCK SIDE OF THE MEMORIAL. WHOLE IS SET WITHIN AN ENCLOSURE BOUNDED BY A WROUGHT IRON FENCE WITH GATED ENTRANCE. OAK LEAF AND TUDOR ROSE DESIGN CARVED ON THE FACE OF THE CROSS
