- Description
- Ornamented sandstone Latin cross with tapering shaft set upon an elaborate square plinth above a three-stepped base. A boss at the centre of the cross on the West side carries the Christogram IHS, whilst one on the East face carries the monogram and crown of Our Lady. The incised WW1 dedication is carved on a panel on the West face of the plinth, with the names being incised on the three other panels. The WW2 names are on triangular-section blocks fixed on each of the second steps at the base of the cross.
