Description
Nowy-headed plain grey slate tablet with incised inscription in gilded lettering. Coloured family arms at top. Death plaque at lower right corner with medal ribbons at left for the Queen's South Africa Medal, the 1914 Star with Rosette, the British War Medal and Allied Victory Medal.
