DRINKING FOUNTAIN SET INTO A LOW SEMI CIRCULAR WALL WITH STEPS BEHIND IT. INSCRIPTION IS INSCRIBED ON THE FRONT FACE OF THE FOUNTAIN. BASIN, NOW FILLED WITH PLANTS IS PLACED IN FRONT OF THE FOUNTAIN. A DOVE WITH AN OLIVE BRANCH IN ITS BEAK IS DEPICTED ON THE MEMORIAL
