NOWY HEADED WOODEN BOARD WITH CARVED INSCRIPTION IN GOLD PAINTED LETTERING. TWO COLUMNS ARE CARVED ON THE LEFT AND RIGHT HAND SIDES OF THE BOARD. PALM FRONDS CARVED IN RELIEF AT THE TOP OF THE BOARD WITH ROSES CAREDV TO THE LEFT AND RIGHT HAND SIDES OF THE BASE OF THE THEM. SYMMETRICAL PATTERN CARVED AT THE BOTTOM CORNERS OF THE BOARD. COLOURED SHIELD CARVED IN RELIEF IN THE UPPER CENTRE AND BOTTOM CENTRE OF THE BOARD .
