REGIMENTAL BADGE DEPICTED IN RELIEF AT THE TOP CENTRE OF THE TABLET FLANKED BY COLOURED FLASHES TWO CROSSED PENNANTS OF THE 17TH LANCERS DEPICTED AT THE BOTTOM LEFT OF THE TABLET AND TWO CROSSED PENNANTS OF THE 21ST LANCERS DEPICTED AT THE BOTTOM RIGHT OF THE TABLET.
