Description
Rectangular, stone plaque with bronze plaque affixed carrying names. Centre top is a black laurel wreath. At the base of the plaque is a tablet from the donors, the family of J.D. Calvert. Regimental badges appear beside each name.

Anno Domini / THEIR / NAME / LIVETH / FOR / EVERMORE 1914 - 1919 / (NAMES) / Make them to be numbered / with Thy Saints / in Glory everlasting. / THIS TABLET WAS ERECTED / BY HIS PARENTS TO THE GLORIOUS MEMORY OF / LIEUT JOHN DUTTON CALVERT / WHO WAS KILLED NEAR YPRES ON FEB 15TH 1915 IN HIS 24TH YEAR / AND WAS BURIED AT DICKEBUSH MILITARY CEMETERY / ALSO IN REMEMBRANCE OF THE OTHER BRAVE MEN FROM THIS PARISH / WHO LAID DOWN THEIR LIVES IN THE GREAT WAR //
