Description
PLAIN RECTANGULAR INSCRIPTION TABLET SET WITHIN AN ORNATE FRAME WITH CONVEX PEDIMENT. TROPHIES OF WAR ARE CARVED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE FRAME FLANKING THE INSCRIPTION. THEY INCLUDE A CANNON, FLAGS, ANCHOR, HAT AND SWORD. WITHIN THE PEDIMENT IS CARVED A BOSS SHAPE FLANKED BY FOUR FLAGS.
