History
c 2008: WW2 boards re-attached 2000: As part of Millenium events the Wateringbury Players were putting on a play about Wateringbury's history. They managed to track down the location of the memorial but it was found in a very poor condition. Some of the letters had become illegible so these were regilded and the board was polished. The repairs were paid for by the Wateringbury Players, the School and Rochester Diocesan School Trust. c 1956: Removed from inside the school so a ceiling could be lowered and placed outside the school protected by a glass case. The memorial was later vandalised and the gold lettering was affected by weathering.
