Description
Garden sited rough hewn stone with three plaques attached. Small one on top; main plaque on front of stone; smaller third plaque fixed at angle at base of stone in niche. Crest of borough of Gosport (longboat under sail) at top of main plaque between indented shoulders. Rope twist border around main plaque.
