RECTANGULAR WHITE MARBLE TABLET SET WITHIN A MOULDED BLACK MARBLE FRAME. INCISED INSCRIPTION IN GOLD LETTERING. LAUREL WREATH AND TWO LAUREL BRANCHES CARVED IN RELIEF ALONG THE BASE OF THE TABLET. RIBBON JOINS THE TWO ENDS OF THE BRANCHES.
