CIRCULAR PAVED AND BRICK BASE SURMOUNTED BY TWO STEPPED PLINTH AND TAPERED OBELISK. INCISED INSCRIPTION IN BLACK LETTERING ON THE SIDES OF THE OBELISK. STAINLESS STEEL RAIL PLACED AROUND THE EDGE OF THE BASE. WHOLE SET WITHIN LANDSCAPED AREA BORDERED BY SHRUBS ARMY INSIGNIA INCISED AT THE TOP OF THE 6 O'CLOCK FACE. ROYAL NAVY AND MERCHANT NAVY INSIGNIA INCISED AT THE TOP OF THE 9 OCLOCK FACE. RAF INSIGNIA INCISED AT THE TOP OF THE 3 O'CLOCK FACE.
