NOWY HEADED BRASS PLAQUE MOUNTED ONTO A WOODEN BACKBOARD. INCISED INSCRIPTION IN BLACK LETTERING. SINGLE LINE BORDER ON THE PLAQUE WITH WREATH INCISED AT THE TOP CENTRE.
