- FRAMED, GLAZED AND ILLUMINATED, HAND WRITTEN ROLL. DECORATED AS BELOW AT THE HEAD OF THE ROLL IS A ROYAL COAT OF ARMS FLANKED BY FLAGS OF THE ALLIES ON EACH SIDE. SWAGS AND FLORAL DECORATIONS RUN DOWN EACH SIDE, AT THE BOTTOM OF EACH IN A LION.
