WOODEN BOARD WITH CRENELLATED STYLE TOP. DEDICATORY INSCRIPTION CARVED IN RELIEF IN GOLD PAINTED LETTERING AT THE TOP AND BASE OF THE BOARD AND NAMES IN WHITE PAINTED LETTERING IN THE CENTRE OF THE BOARD. The Memorial includes an adjacent 4 light stained glass window and accompanying brass plaque
