- White marble tablet in the shape of a scroll, attached to a wall mounted black stone backboard. Incised inscription on tablet infilled with black paint.

COLE, BROTHER OF THE ABOVE, / WHO DIED AT BRISBANE, JAN. 1ST 1906, / AGED 42 YEARS. / AND THEIR BROTHER A.E. COLE, C.E.R.A. / WHO WAS KILLED BY ENEMY ACTION ON H.M.S.
