TWO STEPPED BASE SURMOUNTED BY SQUARE PLINTH AND OBELISK. INSCRIPTION ON BRONZE PLAQUES PLACED ON THE SIDES OF THE PLINTH. NAMES FOR WW2 PLACED ON BRONZE PLAQUES ON A WALL PLACED AROUND THE OBELISK WREATH FLANKED BY TWO FLOWERS IS DEPICTED IN RELIEF AT THE TOP OF THE DEDICATORY PLAQUE
