- Description
- Glazed tiles carrying inscription and names in a panel set into a low brick wall alongside pedestrian access to former Daniell and Sons, later Truman, Brewery buildings, now converted into flats. A protective weather proof oak and ploycarbonate frame was added in September 2018 to conserve the tiles which were deterioriating since the panel had been moved outside.

- 2009: Exposed to the weather being situated on a preserved brewery wall. It was previously mounted on an indoor wall within the brewery. There is no weather protection. The ceramic tile facings of the memorial are deteriorating with the glazing faces becoming cracked.
