Description
Rectangular plaque , longer about the the vertical axis , on a wooden backboard , an outer border painted blue/green with gold raised decorative features at intervals , within the border a wood frame divided into six panels . The topmost panel has the Arms of the Diocese and the first part of the dedication , then below that four equally sized panels with the names and details . and then the bottom panel with the remainder of the dedication .The background of all six panels is black and the lettering is raised and coloured gold . DIOCESAN ARMS IN THE TOP LEFT HAND CORNER
