- Wooden board with a nowy head on which is a cross surrounded by carved flowers. The lettering is in relief with carving down each side and supporting brackets below.

- TO THE GLORY OF GOD/ AND IN GRATEFUL MEMORY OF THOSE/ OF THIS PARISH WHO FOR GOD, FOR/ THEIR COUNTRY, FOR US, AND FOR THE/ WHOLE WORLD GAVE THEIR LIVES IN THE/ GREAT WAR 1914/ (Names)/ "MAKE THEM TO BE NUMBERED WITH THE SAINTS IN GLORY EVERLASTING"/ "ALL THAT WE GAVE/ FREELY SURRENDERED ALL/ THAT YOU IN PEACE MIGHT LIVE/ IN TRENCH AND FIELD IN MANY SEAS WE DIE/ WE WHO IN DYING SHALL NOT EVER DIE/ IF ONLY YOU IN HONOUR OF THE SLAIN/ SHALL SURELY SEE WE DID NOT DIE IN VAIN./ TO YOU WITH FAILING HAND WE THROW/ THE TORCH BE YOURS TO HOLD IT HIGH."
