Description
A chapel, dedicated to St George, created in a space at the East end of the North aisle of the church. Oak panelling around the outer walls, with an oak altar and communion rails, and a screen on is South side. The stained glass windows and the reredos have separate, unconnected dedications. An off-white stone tablet, with a central red-painted carved cross, bears the incised lettering, which is painted. A sandstone frame, with a shouldered to, surrounds the tablet, and has the Dedication carved in relief on the top and a prayer at the bottom.
