- Glazed Roll of Honour on card in oak frame. Dedicatory inscription in versal lettering depicted as scroll above cartouched list of names. Wreath with Imperial crown and eight flags of Allied nations depicted above centre panel. Centre panel bears inscribed names of fallen surrounded by holly border. Roll of Honour edged by bifurcated border with suns and the Coat of Arms for England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales in corners. Monogram of Failsworth Wesleyan Church and School at bottom centre. Whole in oak frame with triangular pediment with unidentified detail in relief.
