Description
STONE CROSS WITH TAPERING SHAFT AND FLORIATED ENDS TO HEAD. CROSS SURMOUNTS TAPERING STONE PEDIMENT. STEPPED STONE BASE. INSCRIPTION ON BASE OF SHAFT. NAMES ON PEDIMENT. ORNATE CARVING ON HEAD AND SHAFT OF CROSS. The 'warmemscot' referenced also reproduces, in full, the town Roll of Honour book (as many copies were produced of it, it is not a memorial in it's own right) with full biographies and photographs of each casualty.
