NAMES AND DEDICATORY INSCRIPTION ON A BRONZE PLAQUE SET INTO THE PLINTH WITH ADDITIONAL INSCRIPTION PLACED ABOVE IT. SCROLLING DESIGN CARVED ON THE FRONT FACE OF THE CROSS AND SHAFT.
