RECTANGULAR PORTLAND STONE TABLET MOUNTED ONTO A GREY SLATE BACKBOARD. FIGURES CARVED AT THE TOP OF THE TABLET AND INSCRIPTION CARVED BELOW THEM. THREE FIGURES OF ANGELS ARE CARVED IN LOW RELIEF AT THE TOP OF THE TABLET. EACH HOLD AND ORB WITH A SYMBOL CARVED ON IT. THE SYMBOLS ARE, FROM LEFT TO RIGHT, AND ANCHOR, AND CROSS AND A HEART.
